Forming an outsourcing partnership with Ashley Ward helped this
customer streamline their operations. This Fortune 500 Tool Manufacturer wanted
to divest itself of operations that could be better done by outside sources.

The customer’s aggressive manufacturing schedule prohibited a
slowdown while the screw machining outsourcing took place. We worked closely
with them to phase out the production of parts by overlapping both
companies’ production schedules and planning the transition in steps.
