Through these partnerships, we are able to help our customers take advantage of low-cost foreign
labor. We work closely with our partners in their factory to train them in the proper processes
and technology to achieve excellent quality results. We transfer our ninety-seven years of
machining knowledge into their operation.

While we run a portion of our customers' parts in these Asian facilities, we also have the same
parts tooled up in one or more of our seven U.S. plants to serve as a back-up. You have the benefit
